Reuben Foster

LB, Alabama

The Cleveland Browns will pick twice in the first 12 picks in April, and though it may be a longshot, we do not expect them to pick a quarterback with either pick. Instead, rumors have been circulating that the team will go after Tyrod Taylor, while spending a boatload of money bringing back star wide receiver Terrell Pryor. With the No. 12 pick, the Browns should target Reuben Foster, who is by far the best linebacker in this draft class.

The Browns already made a long-term investment in Jamie Collins, inking the star linebacker to a four-year deal. Joe Haden will be returning at cornerback, and if the Browns take the expected Myles Garrett at No. 1 in the draft, the addition of Foster would give them some dominant players on the defensive side of the ball. The Browns also have one of the better offensive tackles in the NFL, so you can see why some are excited with the way the franchise is moving.

Cleveland is probably two or three years away from being a legitimate playoff contender, but they have the picks this draft to do something really special. Head coach Hue Jackson is not going to take another season of losing, so drafting a quarterback just does not make sense at No. 12. Unless they swing a deal to trade down No. 1 and get Trubisky or Watson later in the first few picks, expect them to go defense twice in round one.
