High Value SG

Tim Hardaway Jr. – Atlanta Hawks ($5800): Hardaway is always a threat to post a big number and tonight he’ll be in the starting lineup with Kent Bazemore injured and sidelined. Hardaway’s fantasy point totals often depend on his scoring, but if he can add a bit in peripheral stats or go off from the field he can exceed 40 FP.

Lou Williams – Houston Rockets ($5500): As I mentioned in the point guard section, Sweet Lou has been all sour in his last two games, failing to connect on a 3-point shot in both of them. He’s totaled just under 40 FP for those outings, but I’d be surprised if he doesn’t post a bigger number tonight. That game on Saturday fell quite short of the 239 Vegas total, but I doubt that happens twice in a row. Look for Sweet Lou to bounce back tonight in what could be the highest scoring game on the slate.

J.J. Redick – Los Angeles Clippers ($4500): Redick has been a marksman of late shooting 14-of-21 over his last two games, including 6-of-10 from distance. Tonight he gets a solid matchup against the Knicks at home in L.A., and he should have ample chances to give you value tonight. I’ll be surprised if he falls short of 25 FP against New York.

Evan Fournier – Orlando Magic ($5600): Like THJ, Fournier’s fantasy points total often depends on him scoring the ball. But he has a nice matchup against the Sixers tonight, a team he’s averaged almost 37 FP against in three games this season. He hasn’t shot the ball all that well against Philly this year but has killed it from beyond the arc by connecting on 7-of-14. He’s a bit of a risky play but he’s under consideration for GPPers.
