High Salary SG

Jimmy Butler – Chicago Bulls ($8900): Don’t you miss Jimmy Butler going off for 50+ FP games? I know I do. He’s posted consecutive games of 47 FP or more, and tonight gets a marquee matchup against DeMar DeRozan. Jimmy threw down an epic performance against the Raptors earlier this season that was good for just shy of 70 FP. With Dwyane Wade out Jimmy will probably take close to 20 shots tonight. I’m sniffing 50 FP or more tonight.

DeMar DeRozan – Toronto Raptors ($7700): Maybe DeRozan needs a matchup against one of the East’s top guards to throw down a big number. He’ll have that tonight against Butler, and DeRozan has averaged 21 shot attempts in two previous games against the Bulls. He hasn’t had a big game in almost two weeks, and I think he’ll got for 40+ FP tonight.

Klay Thompson – Golden State Warriors ($7000): Good ‘ol Klay, solid as ever, evidenced by his 51.5 FP game against the Thunder last night. Klay is always a solid bet to hit value at home, and we know his ceiling can go mega-high. GPP or cash makes no difference to me for Klay. He’s in play tonight and he’s been shooting the ball incredibly well.

Jordan Clarkson – Los Angeles Lakers ($6400): Clarkson is playing nearly forty minutes per game and has taken 16 or more shots in each of his last seven games. The Clippers just played last night, so while it’s a tough matchup I expect Clarkson to still get close to value. He hasn’t shot the ball well since that 52.5 FP game, so if he can shoot it just a bit better tonight he could go for 40 FP or more.
