High Value SF

Denzel Valentine – Chicago Bulls ($4500): Valentine has been getting mass floor time since the trade of Doug McDermott and Dwyane Wade’s injury. He’s played no less than 28 minutes in each of his last four games and he’s coming off a brilliant 11/12/4 effort against Utah that was good for 37 FP. That might be a big ask tonight, but hitting value seems reasonable and he can also be played at shooting guard.

Solomon Hill – New Orleans Pelicans ($4200): Are you a believer in this new found dominance for Hill? His last two games have been 33.25 and 54 FP. Tonight the matchup gets harder against the Grizzlies, but you have to at least consider Hill for GPPs with his recent outbursts. He’s actually averaged 22.25 against Memphis over three games this season and he should have Vince Carter guarding him tonight.

Josh Richardson – Miami Heat ($4800): If you are ever going to roll JRich out in some GPPS tonight would probably be your best bet. Richardson gets the Phoenix defense on his own floor tonight and the Suns are severely shorthanded to boot. I like a Dragic/James Johnson stack tonight but I can add to that or alter it with some Tyler Johnson, Whiteside and JRich.

Wayne Ellington – Miami Heat ($4200): Ellington lives or dies fantasy-wise by the three ball. Tonight he is at home against the worst team in the NBA when it comes to defending the three as Phoenix is dead last in opposing three-point percentage. With Dion Waiters out Ellington should get 20 or more minutes off the bench. If he gets 10 3-point attempts tonight, which is basically what’s he’s been getting of late, then I think he gets to 25 FP or more.
