12. Kentucky Wildcats

The Kentucky Wildcats are a likable team to many despite being 12th on this list. Right now, they’re in the bottom half of things because there are some more interesting stories out there right now than the Wildcats trying to bring home another National Championship.

At the end of the day, the Wildcats are a real threat with Malik Monk leading the way. He’s the player in this tournament that has the potential to put up one of those games with ridiculous numbers and leave everyone with a lasting impression.

They also have UCLA next and that makes their spot in this tournament a little bit likable. It’s just fatigue with them a tad and the fact that we know they’re going to be there every year in this situation.

It isn’t a knock on them but rather praise for the things John Calipari is able to do as a head coach in college basketball. North Carolina is also a team we have seen a lot of recently, but they’re a little higher on their list for a stupid slogan that’s hilarious and you never know what Roy Williams is going to do.

Perhaps the Wildcats could find out where Drake is and get him out there in some Kentucky gear. Just give us a slogan or something this year. Maybe, Monk can go off and remind everyone that the Wildcats are the team that opponents fear most.
