Damontae Kazee

Cornerback, San Diego State

The Raiders get some back end help with their fifth round pick. Kazee is likely to be limited to the slot, and his upside is not very high. However, he has a great game acumen and is very active as a tackler against the run.

The Raiders have David Amerson and Sean Smith as long outside cornerbacks, so it would make sense to add a smaller, quicker slot cornerback in Kazee to compliment them.

Connor Harris

Linebacker, Lindenwood

Harris is an interesting prospect because he is such a small school player. Tape on him is hard to find, and even that is against competition that is nothing similar to what would he would see in the NFL. Still, he is a player who can flat out find the ball. He has a great game acumen and could be looked as a depth piece, and a special teams player next season.

Jon Heck

Tackle, UNC

The Raiders know that their offensive line is a major reason as to why they made the playoffs last year. They do not have the best depth and should be looking to draft and add to the position every year, even if it is in a late round situation such as this. Heck could be able to make the team as a backup tackle.

Fred Ross

Wide Receiver, Mississippi State

Ross will fall due to limited athletic ability, but he can play football. He is mainly a slot wide receiver and will have to try to earn a spot on the roster as a special teams player, but there is some upside in the game of Ross that makes him worth this flier.
