High Value PF

Ersan Ilyasova – Atlanta Hawks ($6000): Ilyasova will see plenty of floor time tonight with Paul Millsap still out. He also gets a killer matchup against the Suns, who are just horrendous on the defensive side of the ball. Ilyasova had 32 FP against Brooklyn on a night when he did not make a three-pointer and shot just 3-for-14 from the field because he pulled down 18 rebounds. He’ll be called on to rebound again tonight and his scoring total is sure to increase against the Suns.

James Johnson – Miami Heat ($6600): We’ll put JJ in the high-value section today with all the big-priced power forwards available. JJ is an excellent play tonight with Dion Waiters still out and he has fared very well against the Pistons this season, averaging almost 37 per game over three contests. He’ll get big minutes tonight against a Detroit team that played last night in New York, a team that is just 3-7 in their last ten.

Trevor Ariza – Houston Rockets ($5600): As I mentioned earlier in the piece, Ariza moved to power forward with Ryan Anderson injured and he put up a monster game of 50.5 FP. That was against OKC and the sledding gets tougher against Draymond Green and the Dubs tonight, but Ariza will have to rebound the ball for them tonight and he should get more looks again with Anderson still out.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson – Brooklyn Nets ($5200): RHJ is getting it down of late and Trevor Booker isn’t getting much playing time. He can fill out the stat sheet in a hurry, so even if he gets 20-25 minutes he can still hit or go over value, and that is even more likely against the Sixers defense.
