High Value SG

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot – Philadelphia 76ers ($3400): Rostering TLC tonight might depend on whether or not Gerald Henderson plays, so keep an eye on that. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t want to give TLC as much run as possible, but we’ll see. He played 32 minutes last night, so Sergio Rodriguez’s absence also seems to add to his workload. He went off against Brooklyn for a 17/9/3 line good for 37.25 FP. I wouldn’t hold your breath for a total like that tonight against Atlanta, but he needs to get to just 20 FP to hit 6x value. I think that’s a very reasonable ask.

Malcolm Brogdon – Milwaukee Bucks ($5100): As I mentioned in the point guard section, Brogdon has been locked in of late and steadily getting 30 or minutes per game. He double-doubled against the Hornets last night with 14 points and 10 rebounds, and playing point guards that will have Isaiah Thomas guarding them is usually a solid move. The ceiling will never be all that high when in the lineup with Giannis and Middleton, but Brogdon is a steady supply of fantasy points at a value price.

Delon Wright – Toronto Raptors ($3600): Make that three straight games with 20 or more fantasy points for the former Pac-12 star out of Utah. Wright is essentially the backup to Cory Joseph right now and it looks like his D-League days are a thing of the past. He played just 18 minutes against Orlando but still tallied 22.75 FP. He’ll likely get 20 or so minutes tonight, so enjoy him while you can before the price tag jumps up.

Jeremy Lamb – Charlotte Hornets ($3400): Lamb played well last night and Marco Belinelli might sit out after getting cut open yesterday. If Marco sits out then I like Lamb tonight to get 20 minutes or more and his scoring ability should lift him to value. Kemba and Batum eat a lot of minutes, so I only like Lamb if Marco sits.

Other mid-range value plays at SG: Avery Bradley ($5700), Evan Fournier ($5300), Rodney Hood ($4600) and I love Jamal Crawford ($3900) if J.J. Redick sits.
