High Salary PF

Anthony Davis – New Orleans Pelicans ($10800): I obviously like this better if DeMarcus Cousins sits out again, and that seems more probable than not since the Pelicans are not making the playoffs barring a miracle. He’s averaged 60 FP in three games against the Mavs this season, so it’s all systems go for the big man tonight.

Blake Griffin – Los Angeles Clippers ($7900): Griffin looks like an excellent value at this salary tonight. Washington played last night and they are weak against opposing big men. Griffin had 46.25 against them earlier this season, and I think he’ll go higher than that tonight. They have every reason to play hard to secure and/or improve their playoff seed.

Zach Randolph – Memphis Grizzlies ($6300): Marc Gasol is out again and JaMychal Green has been dowgraded to questionable, so ZBo could be in for heavy minutes tonight. Indiana is a horrible rebounding team and with Gasol out ZBo could see 20 shots tonight. Anthony Davis has the higher ceiling, but I love Randolph tonight.

Carmelo Anthony – New York Knicks ($6700): Melo was battling an injury but came back to play well against Detroit with 37.25 FP. His salary has dipped all the way to $6700, and while Miami is tough defensively, Melo dropped almost 45 FP on them earlier in the season, and he’s a much better player at home in New York. If you don;t want to spend up to get Kawhi, Melo finally seems like a decent alternative again.

Draymond Green – Golden State Warriors ($7500): Draymond loves to play against the Spurs and he wrecked them for 55.5 FP in their previous meeting this season. He’s posted two games over 40 FP in his last three and it’s hard to find guys that can triple-double at just $7500. I like him mostly for GPP play, but Green could be in store for a big game tonight.
