High-Salary PG

Russell Westbrook, OKC at ORL ($13,100): Westbrook is who he is at this point. He has scored between 51.2 and 83.9 fantasy points in 16 of his last 18 games, with the other two being 48.7 and 34.1 fantasy points. On Wednesday, he faces a Magic defense that has allowed the 12th-most fantasy points to point guards in the last 10 games. Dock one star for price. ****

Stephen Curry, GS at SA ($9900): This slot was initially going to Chris Paul, on the assumption that the Spurs are a much better defense than the Wizards. However, in the last 10 games, the Spurs have given up the seventh-fewest fantasy points to point guards, while the Wizards have given up the eighth-most. Thus, Curry and Paul are playing similar caliber defenses, but Curry is playing at a higher level (between 40.5 and 62.4 fantasy points in his last four outings) than Paul (between 24.1 and 42.6 fantasy points in his last four games) so Curry gets the call. ***

John Wall, WAS at LAC ($9600): Wall has back-to-back games over 61 fantasy points scored, indicating that he is back to full performance level after a seven-game stretch between 34.9 and 47.4 fantasy points scored with rumors of him dealing with knee issues. He is on the second half of a back-to-back on Wednesday, but if he holds up physically he brings a high level of play in against a Clippers defense allowing the 10th-fewest fantasy points to point guards in the last 10 games. ****

Honorable Mention: Elfrid Payton, ORL vs OKC
