No. 21: King Ricochet (PWG/NJPW)

Twitter handle: @KingRicochet

Although he’s known more as King Ricochet (or simply Ricochet) these days, the first time I saw him, he was Prince Puma on the Lucha Underground roster.

I really question your wrestling fandom if you haven’t watched even an episode of Lucha Underground, especially one that has Prince Puma performing. Whether you call him Puma, Ricochet or the guy Will Ospreay had one of the best and most exciting matches ever with, he’s one of the best wrestlers on the entire planet.

And, he’s a pretty solid user of Twitter as well.

Why is this tweet relevant? Well, it’s because Ricochet is like me and many others among wrestling fans: he’s a huge fan of The Rock. They’ve even given each other props on Instagram in the past and I wanted the King and Rock Connection to become a real thing more than anything.

I mentioned that match with Ospreay earlier. For some people that watch or have wrestled before, some of those folks aren’t huge fan of the King. He’s just seen as a big spot guy and that’s all. There is no one way to wrestle, folks. No matter what you hear or see from people, there’s no one singular way to wrestle.

And, there’s no one way to tweet either.
