Braun Strowman vs The Big Show

The Big Show is still a massive attraction in WWE. Braun Strowman is the new monster that WWE wants to push as an unbeatable goliath. The two of them clashing in a one-on-one match at WrestleMania could have been an interesting spectacle, but it will instead happen during the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

Big Show had apparently been in training for a feature match against NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. Big Show has got himself into the best shape of his career in the last few months in preparation for that match, but for whatever reason, it will not be happening.

Braun Strowman has been on a path of destruction across the RAW roster since the WWE Draft last summer. He could have been put up against any number of superstars, but instead will be a participant in the annual battle royal.

If WWE had wanted to give Strowman and Big Show a good showing at WrestleMania, they should have been set on a collision course to the biggest event of the year. The match did in fact take place on RAW earlier in the year, but rather than it being a big battle, it felt more like a throwaway encounter, despite the fact that it was a fantastic match.

If both men had been allowed to keep on squashing enhancement talent, as well as men further down the pecking order, we could have had the chance to have Strowman proclaim that nobody on the WWE roster could stop him. That would then lead to the Big Show coming out and telling the young upstart that he has been destroying people for a long time. We then end up with a match

We then go to a match at WrestleMania, with the chance to put Strowman over the Big Show and kickstart him as the big monster of the roster for the coming years.
