Corey Davis

WR, Western Michigan

The Buffalo Bills will have a first-year head coach in 2017, as the Ryan brothers were shown the door towards the end of the regular season. Sean McDermott will at least have a veteran quarterback at his disposal, as the team made the move to bring back Tyrod Taylor for next season. Taylor is a very good quarterback, though the team is lacking the kind of weapons he needs to take the next step forward.

At wide receiver, the depth is minimal, as they lost Robert Woods this offseason. While Sammy Watkins is a nice player when healthy, he struggles to stay on the field, making him a player you cannot count on. The Bills should look to draft a wide receiver with the No. 10 pick in April’s draft, and Corey Davis is about as NFL-ready as they come at the position.

Davis nearly led the Western Michigan Broncos to an undefeated season in 2016, making incredible catches along the way. He is one of the more prolific wideouts in FBS history, and comes into the NFL ready to dominate from day one. He has battled an ankle injury since the season finished up, but that should in no way affect him being a potential top-10 pick when draft day rolls around next month.
