High Salary PG

Damien Lillard – Portland Trailblazers ($9700): The price is steep but Lillard has it set in overdrive as he willed the Blazers into the playoffs with a five-game winning streak. Lillard needs to get just below 60 FP to hit value tonight, and tonight he gets the Suns who allow the fourth-most fantasy points to point guards. Lillard is definitely a GPP target tonight.

Elfrid Payton – Orlando Magic ($7400): Elf has really been much more consistent in the second half. He went for 50 in his last game last night against Boston and tonight gets a spicy matchup against Jeremy Lin and the Nets. Payton is not as volatile as he was in the first half of the season and this game will be one of the higher-scoring games tonight. Elf is a GPP-only play in my book.

Ricky Rubio – Minnesota Timberwolves ($7900): Tom Thibodeau is playing his guys as if they are fighting for a playoff spot, as Karl-Anthony Towns, Rubio, Gorgui Dieng and Andrew Wiggins continue to get heavy minutes. As a Bulls fan in Chicago, that was his one criticism, but for DFS you have to dig it. Rubio hasn’t had all that much success against Sacramento this season, but he dropped a 60 FP game and a 54.5 game last week. He’s rolling and definitely a target tonight.

Tyler Ulis – Phoenix Suns ($7100): Ulis has been quite a story this year and he’s been producing a lot of fantasy points since Eric Bledsoe was shut down for the season. The Suns/Blazers game should have no chill tonight and it will be a fast-paced game with above-average possessions for each club. Ulis shouldn’t have too many problems hitting value tonight, but that number has also shown to be his ceiling so far.
