DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – April 1
High Salary SG
Jimmy Butler – Chicago Bulls ($9600): Jimmy hit a lull late last month but he’s been dropping high-40 FP games as well as some HAM totals like 68.75 against the Sixers last week. He’s averaging just about 50 FP per game against the Hawks this season, and his ceiling goes very high. Jimmy makes for a solid GPP play tonight.
Devin Booker – Phoenix Suns ($7500): Booker took Tuesday off then came back and dropped a bomb on the Clippers, hitting on 13-for-22 from the floor and finishing with 33 points and nine dimes for a total of 51.5 FP. Nothing will surprise you from Booker anymore, not after that near-100 FP effort from last week. I see no reason why you wouldn’t want Booker in at least a few of your lineups tonight. I also wouldn’t be surprised if that game tops 240 total points.
C.J. McCollum – Portland Trailblazers ($7600): McCollum posted a dud in his last game with just 18.25 FP, and that came against Houston of all teams. That might scare some people off of him tonight, but that will probably be a mistake. McCollum has averaged 45 FP per game against Phoenix this year and he’s shooting 54 percent from the field and 50 percent from long range.
Tim Hardaway Jr. – Atlanta Hawks ($6100): THJ has a few things working against him tonight. One is the defense of Jimmy Butler, and the second is the return of Kent Bazemore, who was fantastic in his return from injury. That could possibly cut into Hardaway’s minutes, but the flipside is Hardaway could go HAM on any given night. It’s going to be a fade for me tonight on THJ.
