High Salary PF

Karl-Anthony Towns – Minnesota Timberwolves ($10400): Towns is a machine. He usually plays close to 40 minutes each and every night and he gets about 20 shots, sometimes more. His ceiling is high and his floor rarely drops below 45. He’s a threat to go to 60 or more every night and he’s always a solid GPP play, especially against a team like the Kings who have been particularly bad against centers and bigs of late.

T.J. Warren – Phoenix Suns ($7000): I mentioned earlier that I like Warren tonight because of his matchup against Portland and because he gets right around 15 or more shots per game. Posting mid-40s FP games seems to be the norm for Warren, and his ceiling can go a bit higher on occasion. Portland will also be softer in the middle with Jusuf Nurkic out and Meyers Leonard at center. I’d be surprised if he didn’t get to 40 FP tonight.

Nikola Mirotic – Chicago Bulls ($6000): Bulls fans, of which I am one, are all scratching their heads wondering why Mirotic couldn’t have done what he’s doing in March all season long. He’s simply been dominant of late, going for 42 FP or more in three of his last four games. He hasn’t had that much success against Atlanta this season but he is a much different player at this point and he’s probably in line for 35 minutes or more tonight. He can break your heart, no doubt, but he seems to be locked in for now.

Gorgui Dieng – Minnesota Timberwolves ($6200): Thibs has found his new Joakim Noah in Minnesota and his name is Gorgui Dieng. Dieng had 46.25 against the Lakers on Thursday night and tonight gets a solid matchup against the Kings. Thibs is still running him out there for about 40 minutes per game, so Dieng has ample opportunities to crash the boards and tally fantasy points. He didn’t do this well last week, but another 40 minutes tonight should yield at least 5-6x value.
