High Value SF

Kent Bazemore – Atlanta Hawks ($4100): I’ve suffered from Bazemore Heartbreak on plenty of occasions, but he’s straight filling it up in limited minutes at a value price. I also think he might get more run tonight as Paul Millsap will rest, and Taurean Prince played 41 minutes last night. It doesn’t hurt that Bazemore has averaged over 37 FP in two games against Cleveland this year.

Larry Nance – L.A. Lakers ($5000): This one is a bit tricky because Brandon Ingram should be back tonight, albeit on a minutes restriction. But with Ivica Zubac out, the Lakers only have a few bigs to run. So Nance should see at least 25 minutes tonight, and you’d think they would want to give him all the playing time they can. He just went for over 40 against Memphis, so it’s possible he exceed value at $5K.

Wes Matthews – Dallas Mavericks ($4600): I mentioned earlier that it’s odd but Matthews has excelled against the Spurs this season, averaging 35.5 FP per game over three contests, and he’s shot 44 percent from long distance against them. The Spurs are also resting the majority of their starting lineup, and with the Mavs eliminated we’ll have to see if Seth Curry remains out and if they even play Dirk tonight.

Taurean Prince – Atlanta Hawks ($4600): Assuming Thabo Sefolosha is out again tonight, Prince makes for a solid value play. He played over 40 minutes last night and was fantastic with a 20/7/4 line good for 34.25 FP. Paul Millsap is out tonight so expect Prince to again get at least 35 minutes of run.
