High Value PF

Larry Nance – L.A. Lakers ($5000): As I said earlier, this one is a bit tricky because Brandon Ingram should be back tonight, albeit on a minutes restriction. But with Ivica Zubac out, the Lakers only have a few bigs to run. So Nance should see at least 25 minutes tonight, and you’d think they would want to give him all the playing time they can. He just went for over 40 against Memphis, so it’s possible he exceed value at $5K.

Marquese Chriss – Phoenix Suns ($5800): Chriss has been solid of late and has eight-straight games of double-digit shot attempts. He’s capable of sailing past 40 FP and tonight he has a tasty matchup against the soft interior defense of the Thunder. He’s no longer eligible at center though, so he has to be played at power forward.

Davis Bertans – San Antonio Spurs ($3000): I’d be very surprised if Bertans doesn’t hit value tonight as the Spurs will be without Ginobili, Green, Aldridge, Gasol, and Leonard. He should get a bunch of run at the power forward spot even though David Lee is starting. At the bare minimum salary Bertans could be an excellent play with increased usage tonight.

David Lee – San Antonio Spurs ($4800): Pop is a bit weird with Lee’s minutes, so I’m a little leery of playing him tonight, even with so many of his teammates out. That said, we know that Lee can put up big numbers when he gets the run. Buyer beware, but I can see the logic in running Lee tonight.
