John Ross

Wide Receiver, Washington Huskies

This season is massively important for the Baltimore Ravens. They need to make the AFC Playoffs. Otherwise, it might be time for a change of guard in the organization. General manager Ozzie Newsome isn’t hitting on picks like he used to. Head coach John Harbaugh has not proven he can build or retain a competent coaching staff.

The only thing we know for sure about the Ravens going forward is that Joe Flacco is going to be the quarterback. He may never be a Pro Bowler, but he provides stability to the position that can allow Baltimore to win a third Lombardi Trophy by the time he retires.

Flacco loves to air it out deep on vertical passing patterns. Let’s hope Newsome gets him a wideout that he will never out-throw. Washington Huskies wide receiver John Ross could be the next DeSean Jackson. The guy is greased lightning. He needs to be the No. 16 pick by the Ravens.

Even the threat of Ross burning dudes on the turf is enough to open up more passing lanes for Flacco to improve his accuracy. If the Ravens get a boost at running back in 2017, they could win the division and maybe even a couple of playoff games. Make Baltimore great again.
