The Oakland Raiders created a highlight reel featuring their new man at running back, Marshawn Lynch.

Marshawn Lynch, everyone’s favorite wordsmith of the NFL, is going through a rebirth with the Raiders. Both parties are so happy about the reported two-year deal that they concocted a few highlights of Lynch during his time in Seattle.

This specific highlight reel serves a celebratory purpose. For one, talks would be scattered for weeks between then-retired Marshawn Lynch and the rebranded Raiders. Once Lynch’s former team, the Seahawks, agreed to loosen grip on him, that would create an opportunity for Lynch to pursue other ventures. Now — a couple of weeks of negotiations — Lynch would answer a call from the silver and black. And, according to a video release by the Raiders today, they’re quite content with the newest member of their backfield.

Not all news surrounding Lynch would feature rainbows and sunshine. There were some instances where witnesses to the news thought the deal would turn sour because of money. After all, Lynch has to live up to his nickname “Money Lynch” somehow. As for the terms of the two-year contract, those have yet to be disclosed. The details behind the trade, though, would pan out easier. According to a press release by the Raiders organization,  they will receive not just Lynch, but a sixth-round draft pick next year. As for Seattle, they’ll land a fifth-round pick during that same year’s draft..

With Lynch’s future mapped out — and a block party planned for tomorrow — he can rest easy. Unfortunately, his new organization doesn’t have that luxury.

The Raiders are already undergoing some growing pains. For the next two or so years, they’ll spend ample time in a waiting room while their Vegas dome remains under construction. In addition, the financially-starved NFL is growing impatient and is demanding a share of the money pie. Apparently, the Raiders are four years behind on payments pertaining to parking at the Oakland Coliseum. That said, they’re not only responsible for paying off who ever they sleep with, but they’re now paying an additional sum to avoid being kicked out.

Free agency would prove to be quite bizarre in 2017. Yes, Marshawn Lynch’s situation would seem never-ending, but other NFL players would be affected.

Adrian Peterson, for example, would end up being released by the Minnesota Vikings, who eventually replaced him with ex-Raiders running back Latavius Murray. Then, more recently, Peterson, who hasn’t played a down since Week 3 of the 2016 season, would end up settling in New Orleans on a reported two-year deal. Other free agency questions revolve around Lynch’s ex-teammate, Richard Sherman, who could reunite with Lynch as a Raider.
