Bryce Harper hit two home runs Sunday, including a three-run walk off winner to salvage a series win at home against the Phillies. Harper is now hitting .333/.455/.644 with four long balls and 13 RBI.

Marcell Ozuna had a big week for the Marlins. Ozuna hit four homers in seven days, and led the majors with 12 RBI over that span. Late inning homers were the norm for the Fish this week. Rookie J.T. Riddle provided the drama Sunday with a walk off against New York.

It was a tale of two weeks for the Mets, who swept the Phillies in three games in Philadelphia and opened the season-ending series with the Marlins with a win, but dropped the final three in Miami to lose control of first place. New York got a week-high five home runs from Yoenis Cespedes (three in a 14-4 win over the Phillies), as well as three homers each from Lucas Duda and Jay Bruce.

Atlanta opened Sun Trust Park Friday, and the Braves ended the week with four straight wins. After winning the first three games of a four-game series with the Padres (who arrived in town just in time), the Braves are one of only two undefeated teams at home this year.

After taking a piece of first place at the end of last week, the Philadelphia Phillies fell all the way to fifth following a 1-5 stretch. The Phils were swept at home by the Mets, and nearly rebounded to win the weekend series in Washington before Harper’s walk-off winner.
