High Salary and Value PF

Blake Griffin, LAC at UTA ($7900): Griffin averaged 37.5 fantasy points in the first two games of the series, good production but not exactly dominant. Rudy Gobert’s absence has helped his scoring efficiency, perhaps, but teammate DeAndre Jordan has hogged the rebounds and limited Griffin to six per game. He has another opportunity on Friday, with Gobert still out, and the Clippers needing a win to re-take home court advantage in the series. ***

Nikola Mirotic ($5100)/Bobby Portis ($4400), CHI vs BOS: Mirotic and Portis tend to take turns having good games, and the playoffs have been no exception. Portis was big with 40.3 fantasy points in Game 1 to Mirotic’s 10.8, but in Game 2 it was Mirotic that produced 29.8 fantasy points to Portis’ 7.3. The Bulls coach tends to ride the hot hand between them, which makes it difficult to project which of them will excel on a given night. **

Jerami Grant, OKC vs HOU ($3400): Grant has been very consistent in his last four games, scoring 20, 22, 17.3 and 21.3 fantasy points in those four outings. He is still near min price, and returning to his home court which, as both a young player and a role player, would seem to bode well for his potential output. ***
