High Salary C

DeAndre Jordan, LAC at UTA ($7400): Jordan finished the regular season on an extended tear of strong play, and with Rudy Gobert out there is no one on Utah big enough to get him out of the lane. As evidence, he has grabbed 15 rebounds in both games and is shooting 65% from the field. There is nothing to suggest that he won’t maintain that pace on Friday. ****

Al Horford, BOS at CHI ($6700): Horford has been one of the brighter spots for the Celtics this playoffs, averaging 35.3 fantasy points through the first two games, both Celtics losses. On Friday he, like the rest of the Celtics, have their backs against the wall as another loss essentially ends their season. Expect him to play at his best. ****

Derrick Favors, UTA vs LAC ($5600): Favors has been starting at center in place of the injured Rudy Gobert, but thus far has averaged only 25.2 fantasy points in the first two games. He will get another opportunity in Game 3, this time on his home court, but his own injuries have sapped his explosiveness which hurts his case against the giant DeAndre Jordan. **

High Value C

Clint Capela, HOU at OKC ($5400): Capela has averaged just over 30 fantasy points in the first two games of the playoffs, continuing his streak of strong play that goes back a month now. On Friday he faces a wounded Thunder team, on the road, which could eat into his potential a bit. ***

Robin Lopez, CHI vs BOS ($5300): Lopez has been too big and athletic for the weaker Celtics interior to slow thus far, averaging almost 32 fantasy points in the first two games of the series. This level of production is above his norm, so he could revert, but he will be playing at home which could help him maintain. ***

Steven Adams, OKC vs HOU ($4700): Adams fought foul trouble last game, but has overall underwhelmed with only 18.3 fantasy points per game in the playoffs. But he’s returning home, his team is down 0 -2, and he played well against the Rockets in the regular season so he could be in for a bit of a bounce-back. **

Kelly Olynyk, BOS at CHI ($4600): Olynyk has been solid for weeks now, and in the playoffs has maintained that with games of 27 ad 29 fantasy points. He’ll be on the road for Game 3, but in a game his team has to win as he tries to keep the positive momentum going. ***
