High Salary & Value PF

LaMarcus Aldridge, SA vs MEM ($7000): Aldridge has alternated between games in the low-30s and upper-teens of fantasy points in the first four games of the series. This translates to either mildly disappointing or greatly disappointing, based on his price point. Aldridge performed in the mid-30s of fantasy points against the Grizzlies regularly in the regular season, so he has the capability, but he hasn’t show it this postseason which isn’t good for his price. **

Zach Randolph, MEM at SA ($6400): Randolph had a terrible 10.1 fantasy point Game 1, but in the three games since has been between 23.7 and 35.5 fantasy points. In Game 4, he took a bit of a backseat to the transcendent Mike Conley and the late-game hero Marc Gasol. Based on his last few games, his expected value would be in the upper 20s/low 30s of fantasy points in Game 5. ***

Derrick Favors, UTA at LAC ($6100): Favors had averaged around 21 fantasy points in 34 minutes as the starting center in Games 1 – 3 with Rudy Gobert out. Then, in Game 4, Gobert returned…and Favors turned in a series-best 29.7 fantasy points in 24 minutes. He is therefore a bit unpredictable moving into Game 5, but his expected value would seem to be in the mid-20s of fantasy points, which underachieves his price. **
