Chad Williams

Wide Receiver, Grambling State

Williams is an intriguing option. He saw the ball a lot but was not dominating small-school competition. However, there is definitely upside in the pick. The Cardinals have an obvious need at wide receiver with Larry Fitzgerald’s career coming to an end and Michael Floyd now playing for the Patriots. Add in that John Brown has concussion issues and Williams may see playing time as a rookie.

115

Dorian Johnson

Guard, Pitt

Johnson was a highly recruited tackle who swapped inside to guard when head coach Pat Narduzzi came to Pitt. There is a good chance that he is a plug and play option at right guard and to find that kind of value in a somewhat empty offensive line class is big.

157

Will Holden

Tackle, Vanderbilt

Holden is another player some held in high regard in a down year for the position. DJ Humphries is not necessarily locked into his starting spot, but the safer bet is to say that Holden will be the swing tackle entering next season.

179

T.J. Logan

Running back, UNC

Logan is going to be why the Cardinals moved Andre Ellington wide receiver. He brings a similar skill set as a ball carrier and is a change of pace splash player.

208

Rudy Ford

Safety, Auburn

Ford will have to compete for time and find a job on special teams. His best bet is the practice squad for a year.
