Randy Orton defended the WWE Championship against Bray Wyatt at Payback on Sunday night in the first House of Horrors match. Did The Viper retain or did Wyatt return to SmackDown Live with the gold?

After a tremendous build towards WrestleMania 33 after Randy Orton won the Royal Rumble match and turned his back on Bray Wyatt, the two clashed again at Payback for the WWE Championship.

This wasn’t just any rematch between the former brothers. This was slated to be a House of Horrors match for the gold. (No bugs, right? Because that was just creepy, guys.)

Would The Viper survive the haunted house or did Wyatt become a two-time WWE Champion and take the title back to RAW?

Here’s the full highlights of the never-before-seen match that didn’t even start in the arena. (Yeah, it got weird.)

Randy wore pants to this? Randy wore pants!

A haunted tractor? OK, this is already getting strange.

Behind you, Randy!

What version of the Chucky series is this madness?

I hope Bray has insurance on his house because the damage is just getting started.

Guys, this is getting strange.

Wait, grab the beer in there first!

So, that’s not it … is it?

And then, that was actually it for a bit. Bray took off for the arena and left the refrigerator on top of Orton as the Seth Rollins-Samoa Joe match prepped to get going.

But, yes … there was more. Much, much more.

Bray Wyatt arrived to the ring, but he wasn’t alone. In a shocking twist of events, Randy Orton was in the ring, waiting on his challenger with a chair, despite the fridge being dropped on top of him.

But then, things got even weirder.

The Singh Brothers showed up with No. 1 contender Jinder Mahal.

Mahal and the Singh Brothers left, as Wyatt hit Sister Abigail on Orton and won the weirdest match in WWE history.

(OK, it might not have been … but it really might have been.)
