$9,000-$10,000

Adam Scott ($10,000)
Another premium option, Scott has been a mixed bag this season coming into the Wells Fargo. He finished tied for ninth at The Masters, which is obviously both impressive and potentially a jump-off point for the Aussie. However, his limited play this season has been a little all over the place. He started 2017 hot with a T11 finish at the Genesis Open and T14 at The Honda Classic. But he then with T45 at the WGC-Mexico Championship and then was cut at the Shell Houston Open. If you believe in The Masters, though, you’re going to have to pony up.

Paul Casey ($9,900)
Paul Casey finished Rounds 3 and 4 strong at The Masters to end up with a sixth-place finish. Meanwhile, he’s a had a middle-of-the-road type performance for most of the rest of this season. Many of the things, though, that it took to be good at Augusta this year will be in play at Wells Fargo, so that bodes well for him as a high-end option for your DraftKings fantasy golf picks.

Webb Simpson ($9,700)
Given his maddening inconsistency in 2017, Simpson is another guy that’s hard to put trust in for this price. When you look at his approach game and the types of courses that he plays well at, though, the weekend at Eagle Point could be in his favor. Plus, he rebounded from getting cut at The Masters with a strong T11 finish at the RBC Heritage Open.

Bill Haas ($9,500)
It’d be nice if Haas was a little more favorably priced as I’m not sure his upside makes for great value here. However, he seems very suited to what should be in play in Wilmington, NC this weekend. He’s a consistent player that should be able to come in and notch a sure-fire top-30 finish. Again, that might not mean great value, but if you want reliability he has it waiting for you.

Francesco Molinari ($9,200)
Molinari could be a nice somewhat contrarian play this weekend. He’s been a little bit of a kept-secret of late as he’s performed quite well in his last five tournaments. His worst finish was tied for 33rd at The Masters. He has three top-20 finishes outside of that and a top-10 to his credit as well. He seems like a safe bet to finish in that realm again at the Wells Fargo.

Wesley Bryan ($9,100)
It’s almost a formality to mention the winner of the last tournament, but Bryan is far from a formality off his win two weeks ago at the RBC Heritage Open. Though he had two finishes outside of the top 60 in mid-march, his overall play since February has been impressive. From mid-February to early march, he reeled off two-straight top-4 finishes followed by tying for seventh at that Valspar Championship. He’s a nice look this weekend.
