$7,000 – $8,000

Byeong-Hun An ($8,000): If you want a player that’s almost sure to make the cut with some upside, Byeong-Hun An is the guy for you. He’s only missed on cut in any tournament this year and none on the PGA Tour. What’s more, he has two top-10s to his credit. The one downside, though, is that his top-10s are his only finishes in the top 25 this season.

Bud Cauley ($7,800): Call it another gut feeling, but I really like Bud Cauley this week. Yes, he missed two cuts in March. However, he was fourth at the AT&T Byron Nelson one year ago and has two top-10 finishes in his last two times playing. He withdrew from the Wells Fargo, which is slightly concerning. But I think he comes out and has a nice showing.

Ian Poulter ($7,600): Ian Poulter has been horribly inconsistent this year and it’s been hard to rely on him. However, his tied-second finish really makes me think given the expected conditions in Irving. He handled the conditions at Sawgrass well with no round over-par and I think he could have another strong showing to start putting things together.

Graham DeLaet ($7,600): To be clear, nothing about Graham DeLaet in 2017 makes you think that he’s going to be great outside of a T6 at the RBC Heritage. However, he loves the Byron Nelson where he’s finished top-25 three times in the past four years and in the top 10 twice. Just given that history, you have to give him a look with your DraftKings picks. He also has three top-10s this year, though it’s been marred by inconsistency and missed cuts.

Sung Kang ($7,400): From what I’ve seen, Sung Kang is going to be a popular DraftKings pick this week and it’s not hard to see why that’s the case. He’s really been on a tear the past four tournaments, with three top-11 finishes, a second-place finish, and tying for 30th at THE PLAYERS with a consistent four-day showing. He should be a nice value play this weekend.

JT Poston ($7,300): JT Poston is another guy that’s getting a lot of DraftKings buzz this weekend. With 10-of-11 cuts on DraftKings eligible events, it’s not hard to see why. What’s more, he has four top-25 finishes to his credit. For the price, he’s a great value.

J.J. Spaun ($7,300): Speaking of high-upside value, I love J.J. Spaun right now. After starting the year just 3-of-5 on made cuts, he’s made his last five. What’s more, he has three top-10s and five top-25 finishes this year already. A risk, sure. But I like the way he’s playing.

Matt Jones ($7,100): Matt Jones has frequented the PGA Tour this season, but he has had strong outings when he has. He’s 5-of-6 on making the cut and has a T13 finish in addition to another top-25 to his credit. Another high-upside flier to take here.
