High Salary and Value SG

Klay Thompson, GS at SA ($7100): Thompson has averaged 22.6 fantasy points in the playoffs, with a min of 9.2 and a max of 33.2. He has shown nothing thus far to indicate that he is worth anywhere near his price tag, and though he has explosive scoring ability, it is very risky to depend on that showing up for the first time on Saturday. **

Avery Bradley, BOS vs CLE ($6500): Bradley scored 24.3 fantasy points in Game 1 after going for only 17.1 fantasy points in the Game 7 win over the Wizards. He actually played 39 minutes in Game 1, and was one of the more effective Celtics on a night when the team was having trouble. He is a reasonable bounce-back candidate on Friday, capable of topping his expected value of around 30 fantasy points. ***

Marcus Smart, BOS vs CLE ($5100): Smart scored 18.1 fantasy points in 21 minutes in Game 1. He didn’t sit because the game was a blowout, he sat because he fouled out early in the fourth quarter. His aggression made him one of the few sparks for the Celtics on Wednesday, and that passion gives him a reasonable chance to bounce back on Friday at home.    ***

Potential punts: Danny Green, SA vs GS ($4200), Kyle Korver, CLE at BOS ($3500), Patrick McCaw, GS at SA ($3500), J.R. Smith, CLE at BOS ($3300), Iman Shumpert, CLE at BOS ($3100), Manu Ginobili, SA vs GS ($3000)
