Fantasy Football 2017: Top 10 rookie wide receiver fits
4. Juju Smith-Schuster, Pittsburgh Steelers
The man who asked the best receiver in the game for tips over a year ago now gets to work with him, as Smith-Schuster joins Antonio Brown on perhaps the most talented offense in the league. With his strength and possession-receiver style of play, Brown’s electrifying speed and quickness, along with Martavis Bryant’s big-play ability, the Steelers have it all.
Smith-Schuster was the youngest player drafted this year, but at 6-foot-1 and 215 pounds, he doesn’t play like it. He has a fiery side as a player, fighting both for the ball and for yards when it’s in his hands. Had it not been for an injury that slowed his production in his final year, Juju would have been drafted higher than 62nd overall, but in this case it’s worked in our fantasy football favor.
With Ladarius Green’s release and a huge void at the tight end position, expect Pittsburgh to have three or four receivers on the field at any given time. Le’Veon Bell will line up out wide, James Conner will sub in, and they will get Smith-Schuster involved in formations that will terrify opposing defenses. You’ll want a part of this attack, and Smith-Schuster might be the cheapest.
