No. 2: Brutus of Ohio State

Is losing even a thing at Ohio State anymore? Are there such things as cloudy days in Columbus, Ohio? At the rate that Ohio State’s going, there’s no room for bad days. There might be transition periods, but, much like North Carolina, Ohio State’s a well-oiled machine. Aside from scandals involving coaches and players, the sports teams at Ohio State are practically untouchable.

Chris Pratt, Brutus’ voiceover, is untouchable, as well. Since his days in Parks and Rec, Pratt’s been preoccupied by pretty much everything. Along with his wife, Anna Faris, Pratt has been tending to his kid, while being filmed in multi-million dollar openings, such as Avengers and Jurassic World. Pratt’s also in the best shape of his life, yet he remains humble and easy to approach, despite all these changes. As Brutus, Pratt be able to grow his portfolio in It’s Always Sunny in Columbus.

Pratt has no direct connection to Ohio State, but his personality is just right for Brutus. With the head of a Buckeye nut and no sign of any human anatomy from the neck up, Brutus is good people. He’s that one cheerleader to get one through a rough day, regardless of what he’s going through personally. His eternal smile is contagious throughout It’s Always Sunny in Columbus, a place that, once football season ends, is battered in snow and sunless days.

If you couldn’t tell already, Brutus is an optimistic, cheery guy, but that doesn’t mean he lacks other emotions. When he’s with others, Brutus is unaffected by his emotions, but there’s a totally different side to him in private. It’s not always sunny in Columbus for Brutus, who experiences his own downfalls, like being the last pick in a game of limbo.
