16. Sparky

It’s all about fearing the fork in Tempe. The Arizona State Sun Devils have done a little bit of shuffling with their logo as they have branded the fork all over their teams, but Sparky has remained the constant.

Whether it’s a pushup for every point or sticking his fork into the turf after victories, Sparky has been one of the most consistent and famous mascots in college sports and has been a fan favorite for a long time in the Pac-12.

They tried to change his look up at one point to an even more evil looking version, but thankfully thought better of it and left it to the original. He’s goofy simply based on his antics and that’s his specialty.

He’s at every sporting event for the program and has garnered national attention for his work. Some of the best and most athletic individuals stemming from a rich gymnastics program have put on the suit for Arizona State.

Although Sparky hasn’t had much to cheer for lately other than some teams that haven’t performed up to expectation, the intro video of him stomping the opposing bus is second to none.  He’s a gem when it comes to mascots.
