10. Sebastian the Ibis

Sebastian the Ibis is what it looks like when a bird makes a heel turn. This is what nightmares are made of and why the Miami Hurricanes probably weren’t the most popular team among football fans during their run of dominance.

Sebastian is a bird that no one wants to run up on and certainly one that looks like it could bite the head off of a whenever and wherever it desires. When the Hurricanes enter through the smoke in Miami, Sebastian is the first thing fans get a glimpse of.

Bird mascots are always the most interesting in sports. Some are goofy looking, some are friendly and others are downright terrifying. Sebastian is a combination of the first and third choices on the list.

After explaining how terrifying this bird is, it’s probably fair to explain how it’s goofy any capacity. Look no further than the feet. Those knockoff Uggs turn this horror villain of a bird into a bit of a mystery.

Why oh why couldn’t they have just simply put some regular shoes on this thing and called it a day. With the swagger of “The U”, this bird should be wearing some fancy kicks or something. Maybe even some spiked leather boots with spurs. The feet are dragging this thing down.
