Headlines
- To honor the late Roger Moore, AMC Theaters held special double-feature screenings of The Spy Who Love Me and For Your Eyes Only, on May 31 and June 4. Proceeds benefited UNICEF.
- Bond girl Molly Peters passed away, at age 75. Peters was known for playing Patricia Fearing in Thunderball.
- In an interview with USA Today, George Lazenby revealed that Roger Moore was impressed with his portrayal of Bond in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.
- The Trailer for Logan Lucky, starring Daniel Craig (in a very non-Bond role, we might add), was released online.
- Speaking of Craig, he joined a number of stars to attend the 2017 Drama Desk Awards in New York.
- In a report by Road & Track, Tech wiz and Bond fan Elon Musk, who had purchased the Lotus Esprit used as a submarine in The Spy Who Loved Me, tweeted that he no longer has interest in turning the car into a fully functioning submarine.
- Sadly, there are no new updates on Bond 25.
