4. Jimmy Butler has stated his desire to play with Kyrie Irving

Guess who Jimmy Butler’s favorite player in the NBA is? It’s none other than the Cavaliers’ superstar, Kyrie Irving.

Butler went on ESPN’s First Take during the NBA All-Star Break and was asked about who he would like to play with in the NBA. He came with a quick answer and stated Kyrie Irving.

Here’s what the Bulls’ superstar had to say when asked: “I’d probably have to go with my favorite player that’s not myself, and that’s Kyrie,” said Butler. I love Kyrie’s game, and he’s a really good dude.”

So Butler would make a great fit with the Cavaliers because he gets to play with his favorite player in the NBA. Although they’re both ball-dominant players, Butler and Irving would still find a way to mesh together and they’ve done it before with the Olympics team.

The two spent time together during the Olympics in 2016, when they both competed together on the Men’s Basketball team as they won the Gold medal. Not only did they compete together, they also sang a little Vanessa Carlton.
