3. Charlotte Hornets

Charlotte’s main issue over the past three seasons has been scoring, with a lot of the load being shouldered by emerging star Kemba Walker. Their lack of offense was one of the main reasons why they were on the outside looking in when the playoffs rolled around, and Michael Jordan and Co. looked to solve the scoring issuing in this year’s draft.

They literally got the steal of the draft in Malik Monk, who is a scoring machine. With their starting lineup now completed, it’s time for the front office to turn their attention to the bench, and this is where Wade comes in. As mentioned earlier, his knees are getting to the point where he can’t play starter’s minutes anymore and would be a great scoring off the bench for a Charlotte team that could certainly use it.

Will the Hornets go after Wade is he opts out? Probably not, but they should at least give it a thought.
