1. Cleveland Cavaliers

Can LeBron James persuade Wade to take his talents to Lake Erie?

If Wade opts out of his contract, this would be the team that he should consider joining. The Cavs have a talented and deep roster, each with their own unique talents, and Wade would fit in like a glove in Tyron Lue’s system.

Wade could also get a starter’s role in Cleveland as the Cavs are in the market for a shooting guard that can create their own offense and provide defense in small spurts for a unit that slipped horribly last season and potentially cost them a title. His lack of shooting might be an issue but he and James know how to work together.

The Cavs would be the perfect situation for Wade. The only question now is whether or not he can see past the $24 million he’s owed next year to chase after a ring in Cleveland.
