4) Take A Bump

If WWE wants to get Roman cheered, even for a night, spearing LaVar would be a good start. WWE loves nothing more than creating that SportsCenter moment. You want the No. 1 spot on the SportsCenter Top Ten? Get LaVar to take a bump in the middle of the ring.

This idea would work in LaVar’s favor as well. If he shows a willingness to eat a spear, or any other move for that matter, he’d earn a lot of respect in the eyes of the media. No longer would he be Stephanie McMahon, a controlling authority figure who accidentally falls on her face once a year. He’d be more like Vince McMahon. A controlling authority figure who isn’t afraid to play along and be “one of the boys.”

I don’t know how LaVar fits into the current Roman vs. Braun storyline, but that doesn’t really matter. He doesn’t have to fit into the storyline. He can come out, say some things, and then be greeted by The Big Dog. Reigns is unhappy that someone is standing in his yard and talking nonsense. Thus, he takes care of him. The key is LaVar’s promo. He can’t talk about loving L.A. and the Lakers. If he does, Roman will get boo’d. If he talks about his brand and being too big for WWE, then gets speared, that’s how Roman can get cheered.

Reigns gets his cheers, WWE gets their pop culture moment, LaVar earns some respect. Everyone wins.
