1. Andre Iguodala, SF, Golden State Warriors

As I mentioned before, the Kings are in the market for a starting small forward. Rudy Gay and Tyreke Evans are likely on their way out, which means that Justin Jackson would be the only one at that position on the roster.

Porter Jr. is an option, but he’s also a restricted free agent, which means that it isn’t in the Kings’ hands if he comes to Sacramento. Here’s another small forward — that might be able to start at his advanced age — that would be a perfect fit with the Kings.

Iguodala is a two-way player, with championship experience under his belt that could be passed on to younger players. He’s also been a point forward in key times for the Warriors, meaning he would be capable of running the offense in Sacramento.

Joerger loves players bringing the intensity on defensive end and Iguodala could match up with opposing wings and slow them down. This past season, Iggy scored 7.6 points on 53 percent shooting. His defense is still impeccable.

The Kings could also offer the most money to Iguodala, even offering him a deal for $20 million per year. Sacramento will have competition from Golden State, San Antonio, Boston and Philadelphia, but they can also offer him the most money and keep him close to home.

Sacramento looks to be turning a corner after shipping out DeMarcus Cousins and bringing in a great draft class. Can they go out and add these five free agents to improve their team?  They can certainly make an improvement on their 32 wins with a few of these guys added.
