30 best NBA social media accounts to follow this summer
Milwaukee Bucks on Snapchat (bucksdotcom)
The Milwaukee Bucks in general have a great team for Snapchat and really any form of social media. Giannis Antetokounmpo is a fantastic personality when he wants to be, Jabari Parker is a well polished and very likable fellow and the rest of the roster is full of interesting personalities and stories. They also have one of the league’s best mascots in Bango who is always willing to try the craziest stunts. Combine all of that with a pretty great social media team and you have the recipe for an interesting account.
But every once and a while they do something that takes their account from the very good to the elite. They hand the keys to Michael Beasley. Now here is the tough part about this for the summer. Beasley is an unrestricted free agent and is coming off of a pretty good season in 2016-17. But he seemed comfortable in Milwaukee and the Bucks seemed to really like him so a return doesn’t seem impossible. If that does happen there feels like a decent chance of Beasley getting hold of the account for at least a day or so when he comes to town for a press conference.
And if he doesn’t then the Bucks still have Antetokounmpo and the rest of their interesting roster, including John Henson who is great with people, in tact to give us a few fun moments. And if Beasley does ever get his own account just add it to the list. I can promise based on what he has done with the team account at times it will be worth it.
