3. Otto Porter

Porter is a glue-guy on the wing who does several things extremely well. He’s a terrific rebounder for his position, has upped his shooting marks to some of the best in the league (63 true shooting percentage, 43 3-point percentage), and is one of the better perimeter defenders in the league. Honestly, what isn’t’ to love about Porter?

However, it remains to be seen how well Porter can handle a larger role. He was very efficient as a pick-and-roll ball-handler but often deferred offensively to John Wall and Bradley Beal. Any team that ponies up a max offer sheet for him is going to be expecting him to continue to grow and expand his game on offense. He’s a nice role player now, but on a max contract he needs to be a lot more on offense.
