Kurt Busch

Kurt Busch is no stranger to trouble, but he’s also no stranger to winning. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver has been in his fair share of hot water over the years both on and off track, so asking him to drive the getaway car for your heist probably wouldn’t bother him at all. He’s survived and thrived in high pressure situations.

Busch is the 2004 NASCAR Cup Series titleholder and also the reigning Daytona 500 winner, as well as a former Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year. He has 29 wins in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series and he’s driven hard in each and every one of them. If you want someone who’s going to get the absolute most out of your equipment and is never going to let up, then that would be Kurt Busch.

Of course, we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention his well-known temper and the number of controversies that Busch has been a part of over the years. He’s fought with many other drivers, including his current colleagues Kevin Harvick and Tony Stewart, and been suspended and otherwise disciplined by NASCAR more than once over his lengthy career. Hiring him as your getaway driver would come with a significant amount of risk if only because he’s butted heads with so many people. You don’t want a fight to break out when you’re trying to make a clean getaway.

But if there is a fight, Kurt Busch would give you a very good chance of winning it. He’s one of the toughest guys in NASCAR, so if your heist looks particularly bleak, he might be the guy who makes the difference and snatches victory from the jaws of defeat.
