We’ve known that Ric Flair was receiving his own ESPN 30 for 30 treatment and now we know when that will be airing.

“Nature Boy” Ric Flair is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the greatest professional wrestlers to have ever graced the squared circle. Actually, there is a large contingent of fans out there who say that he is the greatest of all time and it’s very hard to make an argument against that.

The 16-time — the “official” number — world heavyweight champion has had quite the career and lived quite the life outside of the ring, so when it was initially announced that Flair would be receiving his own ESPN 30 for 30 documentary, it was met with much anticipation from the pro wrestling fans out there. The only thing was, no date for the premiere on ESPN had been announced.

Well that all changed on Wednesday, as ESPN issued a press release which announced that the documentary, appropriately titled Nature Boy, will be premiering on November 7 at 10 p.m. ET.

You can get even more amped up for the November premiere by watching the official trailer for the documentary below.

If there were really ever a professional wrestler who deserved to have one of the amazing ESPN 30 for 30 documentaries done on them, it’s most certainly Flair. He’s one of the most decorated wrestlers to ever step through the ropes, and again, his life outside of the ring has not been — well, let’s just say it hasn’t been tame.

Currently, Flair’s daughter Charlotte is one of the biggest WWE superstars in the company, and that counts the women and the men. So with the popularity of Charlotte Flair continually on the rise, it makes sense to shine some light on her famous father as well.

While not a full-time performer any longer, Flair does occasionally make appearances for the company, both on and off the television screen.
