Kylian Mbappe

Another name that has been regularly linked with Arsenal since the end of last season is that of 18-year-old wonderkid Kylian Mbappe. He broke onto the scene in Ligue 1 and in the Champions League with Monaco, and has been linked with just about every big club since.

Mbappe would be a perfect fit for Wenger and Arsenal. While, much like the other two names before him on this list, he would cost a great deal of money, his age allows Wenger to tutor him and mold him into the style of player he prefers. And with Wenger notoriously loving his fellow Frenchman, the connection is less than surprising.

Another perfect component to this deal would be pairing Lacazette with Mbappe. This could very well end up being the future face of French soccer, and allowing them to play together year round would do wonders for their chemistry together. Both France and Arsenal would reap massive rewards from that added benefit.

While it would be unfair to compare an 18-year-old Mbappe to a seasoned veteran of the likes of Sanchez, Mbappe is still impressive in his numbers. He made 29 appearances last season in Ligue 1, with 12 of them coming off the bench. Despite his time split between starting and coming on as a substitute he was still able to bag himself 15 goals while adding eight assists to his tally.

These are massively impressive numbers for such a young man. And while Mbappe would likely need a bit of time to transition to the Premier League, having a manager like Wenger to tutor him on the way would do wonders for his development.
