Hey, you can’t blame them one bit. Whenever your club acquires one of the best players walking the face of the earth, you’re gonna be ecstatic about it. Last season PSG finished second on the Ligue 1 table, so the addition of Neymar is something they feel will put them over the hump this coming year, while also giving them a huge advantage in Champions League competition as well.

Following the warm welcome, it was time for Neymar to meet the media, and he expressed just how happy he was to be at his new home.

“I am very, very happy,” said Neymar, via ESPN. “I cannot describe what I am feeling in my heart right now. I am here to help the team to win as many titles as possible. I have come to take on a new challenge and to win titles.”

He also once again expressed how difficult it was to leave Barcelona, while at the same time noting how it was time to move on.

Well he has moved on now, and it’s time to see how many of those titles he can help produce for the French club.
