Neymar: Jeff Bezos’ mountain clock

Neymar. He has a first touch like glue, a shot like a cannon and lots of underwear modeling jobs. A national hero in Brazil, Neymar has the hopes of his nation in his hands. Or more appropriately, at his feet. He’s playing on a team with two of the best players in the world, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, and he still manages to shine.

Not only that, but he’s young. 25 years old is what some researchers say is a person’s physical prime, especially as far as muscle strength is concerned. This will obviously vary from person to person slightly, but it’s a good rule of thumb. Neymar is smack in the middle of the best soccer years of his life. He’s going to be great for a long time, but right now is when he’s at his physical best. The value on that kind of player is astronomical.

You’d have to give up something incredibly unique if you wanted to sign him. It looks like PSG might not even to wrest him away with their millions. Luckily, Jeff Bezos has just the thing.

Amazon founder and jacked man Jeff Bezos is building a clock inside a mountain. It cost him $42 million to do it and it’s not completely clear why. It’s supposed to last 10,000 years and be a symbol to future generations. He’s said something about how he wants people to think about building things that we’ll never see the end of. It’s kind of weird that it’s a clock, considering he could have built anything and made that point. Why a clock? Symbolism? Yeah, probably symbolism.
