Jose Altuve, Alex Bregman and Yuli Gurriel each collected nine hits for the Astros last week, which tied for the team lead. Bregman was the only Houston hitter to homer more than once, and he tied Josh Reddick and Marwin Gonzalez for the team lead with four RBI in seven games.

It wasn’t an explosive offensive performance for the club, but the Astros were successful and well rounded in a 4-3 week. Led by Dallas Keuchel and Collin McHugh, the pitching staff came up big over the weekend as Houston allowed just four runs in three games against the A’s to capture two win and the series.
