6. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls could be higher on this list, but there are some other incompetent teams ahead of them. The Bulls drafted Derrick Rose — the franchise savior that led them into Eastern Conference dominance.

Unluckily, Rose had knee surgery after knee surgery and eventually stopped playing for his hometown team. But no worries, Jimmy Butler had seemed to take a lead role with the Bulls and developed into a superstar. Too bad, Butler had issues with management and the Bulls sent him packing to the Timberwolves. (Ha, get it pack of Wolves?)

Then Dwyane Wade announced that he’d be coming home to play with Bulls, but it looks like he’ll be getting bought out and joining forces with LeBron in Cleveland. The Bulls have spent the last decade losing to King James in the playoffs and haven’t seem to get past him.

They’re not going to any time soon as they’re in a complete rebuild. Sorry, Bulls’ fans, Michael Jordan isn’t walking through that door to save your franchise.
