The Jacksonville Jaguars will host the Carolina Panthers for a preseason Week 3 meeting on Thursday night. Here is how to watch the preseason game online.

There will be two games on Thursday night to kickoff preseason Week 3 of the NFL season. One of those games will feature a pair of Southeastern franchises in the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Carolina Panthers.

Kickoff from EverBank Field in Jacksonville will be at 7:30 p.m. ET. Spectrum News will have the preseason telecast in Charlotte. CBS47/FOX 30 will carry the local broadcast in North Florida. The available live streams can be found on NFL Game Pass and FuboTV.

Despite being at different points in their competitive life cycles, the Jaguars and Panthers have an eerily similar makeup to their rosters. Both identify as a defense-first football team. Carolina and Jacksonville have a first-round rookie running back in Christian McCaffrey and Leonard Fournette, respectively. There are also questions about both starting quarterbacks.

While Cam Newton has yet to play this preseason due to an injury, Blake Bortles has almost lost his starting job with the Jaguars after an atrocious performance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week. If Bortles struggles this season, Jacksonville has no hope offensively.

Carolina is looking to bounce back after a tough 6-10 season from a year ago. The Panthers were a shocking nine wins worse than they were the year they went to the Super Bowl at 15-1. These are two teams that want to get it right this season, but will they?
