46. Aleksandar Vezenkov, PF, Barcelona

The 57th pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, Vezenkov is one of Europe’s most promising young shooters. Forced to play a major role for Barca during last year’s injury-ravaged disaster of a season, Vezenkov was perhaps the only player on the team to have a good year, as he averaged 8.1 points per game and shot 41 percent from three on 183 attempts.

He’s more than just a shooter, though. He has started to develop an interesting mid-post game, and his off-ball cutting and rebounding are strengths that should help him continue to have a big role as Barca retools. He’s never going to be an elite, average or even passable athlete at the NBA level, but his outside shot is a lethal weapon, and with new frontcourt mates Kevin Seraphin, Adam Hanga and Rolands Smits in tow, he should have the opportunity to be even more effective.
